This syndicate offers a high level of flexibility around preferences, whether or not you want to choose time in or out of the school holidays and EU national holidays. As a Platinum Member of the Fractional Association, the yacht is always beautifully managed and the Fractional Association’s operational criteria are always adhered to. This provides you with fully transparent access to the boat’s accounts as well as the other operational procedures.
The Fractional Association’s intelligent algorithm makes the weekly selection process as fair as possible for every individual owner, and the order of selection changes annually to keep things equitable. This is how it works:
Each person selects a week in rotation
Person 1 chooses one week, then it’s person 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8, all choosing a week at a time in order
This cycle is repeated until all 48 weeks for the year are allocated, with four remaining weeks retained as maintenance weeks
The following year the process happens in reverse
Some swapping takes place after the 48 week allocation, for example between owners who prefer 2 weeks taken together
The Fractional Association’s website forum includes a special section for week swaps, cancelled weeks and unused weeks, all available to trade
