The Manhattan 60 is loved for both its pace and space, a craft that family and friends can operate comfortably on their own. Her three cabins are all roomy enough to feel really sumptuous, each with its own smart en-suite, and the third twin cabin is a lovely change from the usual small bunk compact version you find on so many 60ft 3 cabin 3 heads boats.
If you want to take on a captain or crew to make life easier, she boasts a neat aft cabin with full facilities for two. Alternatively, you can use this handy space as a private cabin for more guests.
Your annual maintenance contribution is paid pro-rata to the size of share you hold, which covers the mooring fees on the best quay in Puerto Portals, weekly change-over cleaning and laundry costs, plus other general maintenance.
This syndicate is familiar with handling co-ownership and happy to carry on doing the same great job. They’re finding her a very cost effective way to enjoy yachting without a heavy financial burden or time consuming management you get with outright yacht ownership. Appointing a Boat Manager in Mallorca means they have access to an excellent local support system, and they use the Fractional Association’s owners’ tools to keep everyone up to date.
